Westbury Friends School is a small, uniquely diverse independent school in Long Island, New York.  Drawing from over forty surrounding communities, WFS values the diversity of race, religion and socioeconomic status its students and families represent.  This diversity, coupled with our commitment to community outreach and service learning, naturally lends itself to following the Quaker value of “embracing the variety of cultures in not only our school, but in the larger national and global communities.” 

Families come together to share cultural traditions throughout the course of the school year.  The annual International Feast is one of the many ways in which Westbury Friends School celebrates its diversity.  Such joyful expressions of diversity deepen our connections to one another and strengthen our community.
