Westbury Friends School offers extended day programs each morning and afternoon.    

Morning Program beginning at 7 am --  The Early Birds at WFS provides a calm, nurturing atmosphere.   The children are given an opportunity to ease into their day with soft music, stories and interesting activities.  A nourishing breakfast is prepared, many times with the children’s participation.

The Afternoon Program, until 6 pm, provides an enriching educational and relaxed environment.   The program is structured with consistent routines and expectations, a variety of crafts and cooking, as well as science and holiday projects.

The program also offers a quiet supervised area in which to complete homework where adult support is available.  Students spend time in multiage groups, and are involved in planning many aspects of the program.  Parents feel secure in knowing that their children are in a safe, carefully supervised environment.
